Chromolly frame, axle for strength. We are also the only unit in the industry that offers the strong yet lightweight structurally sound single-piece pylon in the industry for added safety and strength.
Raised prop and fanguard assembly assures ground clearance to keep your prop from striking the ground on a hard (read: HARD) landings!
Ground steering is soooo easy. Push the bar left to go left, right to go...you guessed it, right!
Spring coil shock suspension. Strong. Simple. Lightweight. You don't need anything more (but you do need these shocks)!
We've always used aluminum saddles to help seat one tube next to another. It's strong, solid so your machine lasts a lifetime and they look good too!
All saddles are machined to the correct specs so you use the small ones on small tubing, bigger ones on bigger tubes. They fit perfectly for less vibration and wear.
We use the strongest of U-brackets in high stress areas, such as around the axle and wheel supports.
The Six Chuter wiring harness consists of quick connects, that you just plug into the Rotax quick connects. It's been that easy for years. It's the only way to go.
We have our assembly manuals down pat. We've been doing this for over 10 years. Assembly of your kit is fast and doesn't require odd tools that aren't in your tool box. (Except a torque wrench).
Boy do we have the options! You can get the exact machine you want be it with nylon risers or cable. Electric start or pull. Keep it light, or load on the extras!
The front seat of the "Legend" fits most pilots. The steering bars are adjustable. Two pilots of very different size can use the same machine comfortably.
The Six Chuters are built strong but without the stuff you don't need. Six Chuter builds planes for real people, people that really wanna fly. Here in Colorado, where take-offs and landings are around 5000-7000 ft MSL (mean sea level) we need the power of the Rotax 582 and the lightweight, strong frame manufactured by Six Chuter to have a flying machine that will last a lifetime and doesn't take a 1/2 mile of runway to get off the ground. Think about it. They're everything you want in a powered parachute, and nothing that you don't...
